I think this one was my favorite … Will and I have discussed this trend/issue as it applies to our roles as Chamber staff, so I could really relate to it. I find the people & brands that I most enjoy interacting with via social media are the ones who point me toward interesting links or synthesize ideas from multiple sources. It takes a great deal of insight, self-editing, and understanding of your audience.
